- OUR STORY
The Story Behind Roof Repair Norman OK
How a locally rooted Norman roofing crew became the contractor neighbors recommend to neighbors.
Roof Repair Norman OK was built in Norman, Oklahoma in 2013, and it was built here on purpose.
We’d watched a familiar pattern play out too many times across this city. A storm would move through Cleveland County. Unfamiliar trucks would appear in driveways within 48 hours. Quick quotes, fast handshakes, rushed repairs, and then nothing.
No follow-up. No accountability. Just a homeowner left with a roof that was still leaking and a contractor who was already halfway across the country chasing the next storm.
We started this company because Norman homeowners deserved better than that.
Being based here isn’t a marketing line for us. 111 E Tonhawa St is where we work from and where we go home to. We watch the same Oklahoma skies you do. We know what a Cleveland County hail event looks like from the ground, because we’ve lived through every spring storm season since 2013.
We know that homes near the University of Oklahoma campus have older roofing systems that need careful handling. We know that West Norman’s open terrain takes more wind exposure than central Norman during a severe storm.
We know which neighborhoods get hit first when a system moves northeast through the city. That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a training manual. It comes from 12 years of showing up here, season after season, for the people who live here.
Over 7,000 roofing jobs later, across Brookhaven, Southwest Norman, Campus Corner, Hall Park, Alameda, and every other Norman neighborhood in between, what we do hasn’t changed. We get on the roof. We tell you what we actually find.
We do the work the way we’d want it done on our own homes. And when the job is done, we’re still here, same number, same address, same crew, because the people we work for are our neighbors. In a city this size, our reputation travels faster than any truck ever could.
That’s why homeowners we helped years ago still call us today. And why they tell their neighbors to do the same.

- OUR MISSION
Roof Repair Norman OK, By The Numbers
To protect every home in Norman, Oklahoma with honest roof repair, done right the first time, by people who actually live here.
That mission shapes every decision we make at Roof Repair Norman OK.
It means we answer the phone at 2 AM when a storm rolls through West Norman. It means we inspect your roof for free, because Norman homeowners deserve to know what’s actually wrong before they spend a dollar. It means we tell a homeowner in Hall Park that their roof just needs a patch repair, not a full replacement, even when the replacement would make us more money.
It means we do the work the way we’d want it done on our own homes. And it means we’re still reachable when the job is done, same number, same address, same crew, because the people we work for are our neighbors.
Norman, Oklahoma is a community of homeowners, families, landlords, and business owners who trust the contractors they let onto their roofs. That trust isn’t something we take for granted. It’s something we’ve been earning, one job at a time, since 2013.
- OUR VALUES
What We Stand For
Six values that have guided every roof repair, every inspection, and every homeowner conversation since 2013.
Honesty Over Everything
We tell Norman homeowners exactly what their roof needs, nothing more, nothing less. If your roof needs one shingle repaired, we fix that shingle. If it needs full replacement, we tell you clearly and show you why. No scare tactics. No manufactured urgency. No upselling work that isn't warranted. Just straight answers, every time.
Quality That Holds Up to Oklahoma Weather
A repair done with the wrong materials or sloppy installation fails, sometimes in the very next storm. We use quality materials suited for Oklahoma's hail frequency, UV intensity, and temperature extremes, and we install them the right way. We do the job once, and we do it right.
Available When You Actually Need Us
Oklahoma weather doesn't keep office hours, and neither do we. Roof Repair Norman OK is open Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When you call (405) 276-1800 at midnight after a storm rolls through Norman, a real person answers. Always.
Locally Owned & Locally Accountable
We're not a franchise. Not a national chain. Not a crew dispatched from another state. Roof Repair Norman OK is permanently based at 111 E Tonhawa St, Norman, Oklahoma. We live in the same neighborhoods we serve, and we're accountable to the same community we're part of. That accountability doesn't exist when a contractor leaves town after storm season ends.
Clear Communication, Start to Finish
You'll always know what we found on your roof, what we recommend, why we recommend it, and what it costs, before any work begins. No verbal-only estimates. No surprise invoices. No jargon that leaves you guessing. Just clear, honest communication from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
This Community Is Our Only Market
Some contractors treat Norman as one of dozens of markets they rotate through during storm season. For us it's the only one. Norman, Oklahoma is where we work, where we live, and where we've built our reputation, one job at a time since 2013. Every roof we repair carries our name in the neighborhood it sits in. We don't take that lightly.
These aren’t values we printed on a wall somewhere. They’re the same principles that guided our first job in Norman in 2013, and every job we’ve done since.
